Refund & Cancellation Policy

At FAKKIGIRI, we take pride in the quality of our Haritaki powder. Because our products are consumable herbal supplements, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and refunds to ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers.
1. Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placement for a full refund.
- How to Cancel: Please email us immediately at support@fakkigiri.com with your Order ID in the subject line.
- After 2 Hours: Once the 2-hour window has passed or the order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
2. Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of herbal powders, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following specific cases:
- Damaged during Transit: The package is tampered with or physically damaged upon arrival.
- Wrong Item: You received a product different from what you ordered.
- Quality Issue: There is a clear manufacturing defect with the specific batch.
Requirement: To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide an unboxing video and clear photos of the issue to support@fakkigiri.com within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Scenarios
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds if:
- The product seal has been broken or the packaging is opened.
- The product has been partially used or consumed.
- The request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
- The return is based on a personal dislike of the natural taste, smell, or texture of Haritaki (as these are inherent characteristics of the herb).
4. Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Refund Mode: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Card).
- Timeline: It usually takes 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
5. Shipping Time and Costs
Shipping Dates may fluctuate and delivery time can range from 7 - 14 busineIf a return/replacement is required due to our error (wrong or damaged product), FAKKIGIRI will bear the shipping costs. In any other approved cases, the customer may be responsible for shipping the item back to our facility.
